Order your Belmia jewelry and accessories today before 4 pm! Your order will be the shipped next business day† (this means that your order will be with you within a few days). All Belmia items are shipped from Leuven.
Belmia orders are delivered at home.
Also keep in mind that occasionally something can happen that can cause your order to be delayed. Nevertheless, we do everything we can to have your order delivered to your home as soon as possible.
If your order has not arrived after five working days, you can always send an email to info@belmia.be. Then we'll do everything we can to solve this as soon as possible!
What a pity to hear! If your order after five working days has not yet arrived, send an email to info@belmia.be with your order details.
Belmia then contacts the post office to find out what went wrong. Of course it's not your fault that a package doesn't arrive so we'll see how we can do this with you as quickly as possible be able to dissolve!

After your purchase at Belmia you will receive 30 days reflection period† If you decide within 30 days that you want to return a package, you can!
Returned items must be returned in their original packaging. And must not have been used for hygienic reasons.
Belmia will refund the amount of the returned items to your account after the returned package has been received arrived at Belmia.
Belmia just pays it purchase amount of the returned items back. Belmia does not reimburse shipping costs or return shipping costs.
