What do I do if my package has not arrived?

What a pity to hear! If your order after five working days has not yet arrived, send an email to info@belmia.be with your order details. 

Belmia then contacts the post office to find out what went wrong. Of course it's not your fault that a package doesn't arrive so we'll see how we can do this with you as quickly as possible be able to dissolve

Because Belmia's clients are queens!
